Two practical notes.
Do not include confidential details in the form. Describe the situation in general terms: what you are accused of, what stage the case is at, and what deadline you are facing. The details we discuss by phone or at the office, where professional privilege applies fully.
Tell me the deadline. In criminal proceedings almost everything runs on fixed time limits, and knowing yours lets me tell you straight away whether I can help within it.
